1 Introduction

4 Account Registration

5 Terms of Use

6 Deposits & Payments

7 Withdrawals

alnassr888 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Indicative processing times by method are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within five to fifteen (5–15) minutes; direct bank wire transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed — processing times may be affected by factors outside alnassr888's control, including bank processing delays and national public holidays.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

2. All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active Bonus Funds must be met in full.
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits applicable to the Account's current VIP tier.
4. The withdrawal destination must be a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
5. The Account must be in good standing — no pending security investigations, no outstanding documentation requests, and no active fraud flags.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, for the purpose of exploiting welcome bonuses, referral programmes, or any other promotions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other financial crime.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access or Account funds to any third party.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the alnassr888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of alnassr888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 13 Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder; or
• A directive from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, alnassr888 is entitled to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is established, to forfeit the balance in full. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure by the player), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player following completion of withdrawal procedures.

14 Amendments
